Fish burps
I have only had one capsule so far and it gave me several burps in the next couple of hours. I will revisit this review later after I am at least halfway through the bottle. I checked the packaging date and it's one year ago, it expires next year same time. Even though the product is far from expiry I wish I had received one that was manufactured less than six months ago because fish oil isn't known to be very stable.

AMH level is improving.. With good food and necessary nutrients/ exercises
Feels happy adding nutrients.. Though sunlight will help great then this.. But rashes is an extra issue.. Supplements of vitamin D with Fish oil helps me.. Amh is improving from 0.90 1yr before to 1.6 currently..Not sure this one helped or not but we taken every possible step.. One is this one.. Other yoga.. Third siddha medicines.. Fourth fruits and vegetables. Non veg only fish and prawn.last one avoiding all otherModern medicine for PCOD, cutting outside food, good sleep... Thank you everyone in our healthy journey.. Among one is this. Hope it works as such..

Veg omega- Dont use until Doctor advise, I got severe pain in my chest, heavy continuous burping, suffered very bad 2 month due to this.
