I used these to cut my mom’s toenails. They are the best clippers I’ve ever used. Her nails are extremely thick and curled. These clippers cut thru them with no problem. And the clippers are very easy to use. I definitely recommend them.

If you were dealing with hoof like nails or ancient nails, that old people develop, then this little product is for you.My 96-year-old mom had horrific nails they were growing on top of each other not separate toes, but nails upon nails due to a common fungal problem that a podiatrist said oh it’s no problem, but they were horrible growing every which way and I started to use two products: this one + Walmart’s Equate paint on antifungal with Tolfanate, unfortunately Amazon doesn’t cover that particular product at least not yet.back to this product, it is weighted it is not cheap it is sharp. It is easy to handle and it cuts in through the thickest nails and you can do it safely if you’re careful and I saved my mother about $150 I’m going to the podiatrist seriously!

Regular toenail clippers are weirdly difficult for me to use. Purchased this clipper based on reviews, and it works great for my nails, ergonomically and functionally. Like others have commented - it is very sharp. Make sure you can see where you are placing the blades before cutting. Made my least favorite job so much easier and quick.

Easy grip .Made well but extra sharp be careful not to cut your toe . I guess they are worth the money .They make cutting thick toe nails easy .

They are really sharp, and also the angle is nice too.

I got these to trim my mom’s toenails, with hopes that they would allow me a better angle and maneuverability than standard clippers. She has several hammertoes with callused skin against/underneath her toenails so it’s difficult to clip the nails (the regular clippers don’t allow space to get under her nail because the callus blocks the blade—IYKYK!).She doesn’t have thick nails but I thought I’d try these based on another’s review. I like the grip and spring action. They feel good to hold. The blades are incredibly sharp. I tried them on myself first and thought it was more difficult than regular clippers. It was hard to see how open the blade was and where it was placed in relation to my nail and toe skin. I was afraid I’d cut my toe skin. I managed by keeping the clippers somewhat closed and taking small cuts of my nails. The angle of holding the clippers/making cuts was also difficult and awkward. I would not use these for myself with no toe/nail problems.For my mom, I think they allowed better maneuverability as I could easily adjust the angle I was holding them to accommodate her bent and maligned toes. I was able to trim the nails much shorter than with standard clippers, which I think will ultimately provide my mom better comfort and relief for the nails that are growing weird (and pushing into other toes) from the hammertoes.I am really afraid I will accidentally cut her toes due to the sharpness and the wider opening. The method that so far has worked the best: With the clippers fully open, I placed the lower blade against the edge of her nail. Since the blade was open I could see that it was against the nail and not on her toe skin. Then I closed the blade a little, double checked I hadn’t moved the lower blade, and made a small cut (part of her nail—not trying to cut across all at once). With each nip I made sure the bottom blade was on the edge of her nail.For thickened nails, these would be great. The blades are no joke—be careful!!!

It will cut thru any damaged toenail. Very precise, detailed. Extremely impressed with this sharp clipper.

These clippers are way better than standard clippers that always leave my toes sore after I use them. These are very effective and easy on your hands. They definitely get the job done. I'm extremely satisfied!

Veio diferente do que eu pedi.Me senti enganado.Comprei um alicate, peça única e próprio, da marca BEZOX, para cortar as unhas grossas dos dedos dos pés e veio um kit com várias ferramentas que não me servem.
