I am obsessed with my Mac. Works flawlessly and it's just a beautiful computer. The connectivity to my phone is so convenient. Unmatched desktop experience.

I liked the Mid-2020 iMac. But the Technical Descriptions read different on different web pages. So which one to believe? Specifically, one page says Mid-2020 while another makes no mention of the model year. As well, the tech font is so small, one needs a magnifying glass to read - specifically the size of the internal HD: On a glance, it looks like 1TB SSD HD until you read it using a magnifying glass. Then you can see 512GB SDD HD. I would have definitely kept this unit had the internal HD been either a 1TB or 2TB SSD HD. But the 512GB was just too small for my purposes. Had I known this before placing the order, I would have not. As a result, when I eventually received the package, I did not even open the after-Apple shipping box and returned it the same day as I received it. Am still waiting for my refund.

I was very tentative about buying a "refurbished" 27" imac. However, when the imac arrived it looked new, without a single blemish. Packaged well, easy to set up. Included was a NEW Apple wireless keyboard and NEW magic mouse. I'm happy that I received the exact computer that I ordered, and it arrived in excellent condition. In fairness, I can't comment on tech support because I never needed to reach out to them. All good, working perfectly.

If I could have given this product NO STARS I would haveI PURCHASED A Mid 2020 Apple iMac with 3.8GHz 8 Core 10th Gen Intel Core i7 (27 inch Retina 5K, 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD) that DID NOT say renewed or refurbished in the description. I notice when I go on now it has, it is in the title. I spent $300 have a computer tech come out and transfer everything from from other computer to my new one. It worked one week before it went completely black and would not turn on. What a hassle !! Thank goodness I saved the original packaging and it weighed a-lot. I had to repackage and I had to cart in to the UPS store. I will NEVER buy an electronic item from Amazon again, renewed or not! I am on my way to a computer store to purchase another computer and then pay some else AGAIN to set it up .

I have been using a 27 inch Imac for eleven years and now my wife decided she wanted it for her own. I wanted to buy another 27 inch but found they don't make that size anymore, only a 24 inch. I opted to try a refurbished on and got a three years extended warranty that was very reasonable just in case. I am very satisfied with my decision. It came packed very well and I looks like it was never used at all.

Apart from not coming with the keyboard and mouse it’s great.

Received a well-packed use mid 2020 27" iMac. Screen was in good condition. Chassis has a few scratches around it. The first thing I noticed was the rear RAM door cover was missing. Second thing was the "magic keyboard and mouse" were replaced with a brand new wired off-brand replacement keyboard and mouse. Another key point is the unit has a build to order serial number and deviated from the product description. My unit has a 10th Gen i9 3.6Ghz CPU, but it only has the base Radeon Pro 5300 4GB video card.I attempted to contact the support via email as indicated on the piece of paper included with the device. I still have not received any response (2+ weeks).The unit did power on and booted to the Sonoma 14.4 setup.
