UHPPOTE Wired Water Leak Detector Accessory for Water Alarm System (Pack of 2)

I used as a water level probe connected to circuitry that automatically fills the pool. The last probe was over $80 and failed in a few years. As a probe that tells a circuit that water has touched both pins, it is perfect and has been working flawlessly for about a week.

Set it up with my Honeywell Vista 20P as an alarm zone for my boiler in case if i leaks again and I will find out ASAP. Set it up with the system as a N/O switch and to chirp on my keypad if water is detected.

Upgrading my review. This didn't work and I purchased a completely different product and had the same issue. I tested this with heavily filtered tap water. Once both didn't work, I looked into why. It turns out if your water is too clean, it won't pass the current. I put a little salt in the water and bam! Worked great.

This is a water probe ONLY. There is no switch included. I am using it with a Honeywell 5821 wireless flood sensor. This water probe is perfect for this application. I mounted it with the probes touching a tile floor. The slightest bit of water will trigger a flood alarm through the 5821.

This product never worked. I took it to an electronics store to have it continuity tested (it passed) but would not work when the contacts were submerged.

Worked perfectly with my Apex aquarium controller. I had a leak a few weeks later and the probe functioned as designed and prevented any damage to my flooring.

Doesn't work with water contact very misleading

Works like the seller said it would. I put this as an input to a zelio relay for my well pump.
