I found what I wanted for a long time. I used such a massager a few years ago in a fitness room and I liked the effect. At least for body remodeling it works. I don't know if it is so effective for back pain. I use it simultaneously with a ginger-based oil. The assembly was quite simple, instructions included, no defects. I hope it continues to work without problems.

I just wish the base to stand on hurts my feet I have to put a towel over it before I can stand on it

This tool is very helpful for stress in neck and upper back. also this product is useful in low back pain relief.

I liked how sturdy it is and fairly easy to assemble. I didn't like that it took so long to receive and they would not ship on time and they canceled the first order. I had to reorder and they were slow in shipping again. They also went up in price during the almost 3 weeks before delivery but they did honor the price at the time I ordered. I do like the machine and recommend it to anyone.

You will want to do it for more than 15 minutes but only do 5 to 10 mins or else you will hurt yourself more.
