I've been using this regularly in my cold process soap batches since I bought it. I can't say that I really notice a difference in using it and not using it. I only use it at 1% based on recommendations from many soap makers online. I'm not so adventurous to increase my usage rate. I started using it in conjunction with other additives. Maybe I'll leave it out once to see if it makes a difference. I rate it 5 because it doesn't seem to harm my soap batches at all. I see this lasting a while because I don't need to use much each time.

Why is the bottle partially filled. I just got this just now and it looks unprofessional to send the product in a bottle bigger than contents. Hopefully the quality is good we shall see. Just surprise that the bottle is not sealed and not tamper proof.
