I also like bulletproof coffee -ish idea.I do feel it's a bit sweet especially since I usually drink my coffee black. Synthetic vanilla taste, but it has no horrible aftertaste! It would be fantastic if there were an unsweetened version available too.Apart from that I recommend it. It's a great convenience that offers some variety to enjoy a delicious brew in a flash. Mixes very easy and well. No clumps in hot or cold water mixed with a fork.

I've started using this coffee creamer in the mornings, and it blends well without clumping. The vanilla flavor is pleasant and doesn't overpower the taste of my coffee. I appreciate that it's sugar-free and fits with my dietary preferences.Including collagen and MCT oil seems to help me feel satisfied until lunchtime. The convenience of an instant creamer saves time during busy mornings. It's a nice way to enhance my coffee without adding unnecessary ingredients.

I’ve tried a number of different collagen brands and find this is by far the best, it’s made a big difference to my fine peri menopausal hair which was snapping and thinning, it is also growing quicker. It has made a difference to my nails too, longer and stronger. I’ve found it dissolves better in hot water, it looks clumpy at first but give it a stir and leave it a minute and it’s fine. It has a very slight taste when drinking in water but definitely isn’t unpleasant. I can’t taste it at all in coffee. I have it in hot water every morning and find it curbs my appetite until lunchtime. Also, it’s good value for money.

Absolute rubbish

I just started a low carb diet, properly planned (to a degree) this time.I dread going into ketosis because I used to get that awful "low carb flu" headache for days on end.But this time I had a very mild, barely noticeable one for less than 12 hours and I'm not sure, but I assume it's the MCT stuff in this powder, as I've read that helps ease you into ketosis.So thumbs up thereAs far as taste goes, I like it, I don't use one scoop for a coffee or tea though, that's way to sweetHalf a teaspoon in a large mug for either coffee or tea (yes tea, I'm weird haha) and it's very pleasant.I can't comment on the other possible benefits for skin etc, as I haven't noticed any change there.Updated - 03/06/2024So I've had to stop using this, I noticed a weird issue with my skin.An area above my stomach started to become very sensitive after a shower, nothing about my shower regimen had changed at all, but every day it would get progressively worse and the area would grow in sizeI stopped using this that day and the symptoms subsidedI started taking it again and within a couple of days the sensitivity came backIt got to the point where right after a shower I couldn't touch that area of skin as it was hyper sensitive, almost like the nerves under the skin were now on the surface, even a light t shirt touching it made uncomfortable to the extreme, it would last for 10 or so minutes then slowly dissapear.Again, I stopped taking it and 3 days later, the symptoms have started going away.I have no idea why this creamer has that affect, but it was bad enough it made my eyes water with how uncomfortable it was.

I didn’t like this on its own with my coffee but I now add it to my oat milk, coconut oil and protein powder in my coffee. Changes the use of why I bought it (for the keto) but it makes for a good coffee breakfast!
