Hopkins Towing Solutions 47085 Endurance Flex-Coil 7 RV to 6 Pole Round Adapter

Used between a motorhome and a towed auto, this is short. It stretches but it’s so tight it wants to pull out. It’s just not long enough.

Great Adapter-- solid, does what it should AND the coil makes it easy to avoid accidental dragging, ground contact, binding, etc..This adapter is a little expensive, but I don't expect to ever have to replace it.

this item has a 'female' 7 pin RV -to- 'male' 6 pin round end HOWEVER the 'male' 6 pin ' fact is not mentioned anywhere in the wright-up. I need a 7-pin RV 'female' -to- 6 pin round 'female'. There is a produce by this seller #47053 that is the 7-RV female to 6 pin round female, however it is all aglow seemingly. So I stayed with the 47085. Now, back from travels and not opening the 47085, borrowed a friends, My return window is gone. I would ask the vendor to just trade for the 47053 that glows exchange for the 47085 which I am not able to use. Thanks.

I bought this to hook my Lance Camper to my truck, Nice product and well made but a little short,

After three uses (time in use for each use was approx 20 mins) the covering started to split. Covered the affected area with electrical tape but in a subsequent use it had split even more. Now I have the entire item covered in electrical tape, but I don’t feel very safe hauling my two beloved pets with any reliance on this item.

It looked like it may be too short, but was long enough to get out of the bed of the truck, over the tailgate, and back to the cord on the bumper-pull two-horse trailer. The coiled cord keeps things off the ground, while allowing flexibility for turns and dips. We love ours.

This has a 6 pin male end and is only 3' long. Nothing in the ad about it. I need 6' and a female end as with most applications. Returned.Hopkins needs to spend less words on how great they are, and more on what the product is.2 stars for lack of product information but otherwise it looked just fine.
