I’ve been using equilibrium products for about 2 years. I’ve been using the “Daily Digestive Enzyme” pills for about that long. This is by far the best product I have used to aid digestion of foods that typically bother my digestion. Far better then Lactaid for dairy sensitivity. Dairy and Gluten have bothered me since I was an infant. Causing gas, bloating and diarrhea. I avoided these foods all together for years. These pills really work. Yes, it helps with gluten sensitivity.For best results follow the label and take 20 minutes or so before your first bite. It makes a difference. After taking the pill, 9/10 times I experience zero discomfort.I would go so far as to say, for me, it feels like it goes beyond just gluten and dairy. I use this product before I eat anything I fear might bother me. Red meat, certain hard to digest vegetables, heavy protein shakes. I swear by it. I always have 1 or 2 of these in my pocket.

Capsules are easy to swallow, no unwanted taste or smell.I've been using this product for 2 weeks and haven't noticed any negative effects.

I can agree with the positive reviews on this Equilibrium product. You can trust that their products are third party tested and safe. I have been taking these digestive enzymes for a couple years and I can tell you they are much better than other brands I’ve tried. They really work well especially after a heavy meal, but I take them after any meal. Everyone should keep this one in their arsenal of supplements as well as a good probiotic. Also, listen to Dr. Cabral’s podcast..he is a wealth of important information regarding “dis-eases” of the body. Worth the money.

I’ve tried other digestive enzymes before but they seemed to still cause bloating and inflammation. I heard about this brand through my holistic coach and decided to give it a try. These are amazing! I am not at all familiar with this brand or its product line, so I was going in completely blind with no expectations for this product. After two years of a plant-based diet, I've heard every possible variation of "your gut will adjust" and no, friends, sometimes it does not. I have tried a number of commercial supplements and digestive enzymes, and honestly none really helped. I was very surprised to find that this formulation does indeed ameliorate most of the gassiness and discomfort from high-fiber plant foods, and the odd occasion of dietary indiscretion. I don't even remember to take it beforehand all of the time, and even popping one down the hatch mid-meal is still effective for me. Some formulations have you taking multiple pills before each meal, but with this one I can just use one before my most problematic meal of the day, and be fine for that day. That makes these a great value at their price, and would definitely encourage repurchase.

I like the idea of a broad spectrum enzyme supplement which may help you digest lots of things that may be causing trouble, without you having to track down precisely what is causing digestive difficulties. I wish they'd been manufactured a bit more carefully. There was noticeable brown powder spillage in the bottle, and powder over the outside of capsules, which had a noticeable though not terrible flavor when taking them. My perception is they did help digestion of carbs and legumes.
