Worked for me!
I used this in conjunction with Revolution topical for my cats. I never would spray my cats with this due to them being self groomers and ingesting it I was not ok with. So I’d spray the house even with my kids around but keep the cats away in a room while it aired out and dried. I made sure to carpet wash my carpets, vacuum every other day, and spray this spray in couch, under beds, cracks etc. Fleas completely gone in 1.5 months. The spray smells woodsy and definitely not bad. Never made us sick. Definitely would buy again!

Reassuring & Safe
Last summer, my indoor-only cat somehow got fleas. This horrified me, because I live in an older apartment building with wall-to-wall carpet, and there were presumably countless fleas living anywhere and everywhere.I did a lot of research into other recommended flea home treatment and carpet products, and was horrified by the dangerous chemicals in them that my cat (and I) could possibly ingest or inhale. Many other treatments also require you to vacate the area for hours/days -- which was impossible for us.I looked into natural alternatives, but many of them either had reviews that said they were ineffective, or used potentially harmful essential oils. (Cats are particularly at risk with essential oils.) At last, I found Wondercide. I read about how they specifically use cat-safe cedar oil. I even got in touch with Wondercide's customer service to ensure that it was safe. Wondercide was also one of the only products that promised to kill adults, larvae, and eggs. I was also thoroughly impressed by their testing and research. And so, I finally decided to try Wondercide for treating my home, in conjunction with Bravecto topical medicine for treating the cat.I figured, if it didn't work, I could use it as mosquito repellent (Wondercide works for that too!)I tried both the lemongrass and plain cedar scents. I personally love the smell of lemongrass, but it was very strong and lasted for hours (not a problem for me, but the cat didn't love it). The cedar smell was more musky but dissipated in about half the time. For those sensitive to smells or with asthma or other respiratory issues, I'd recommend wearing a mask to prevent you from breathing it in and irritating your throat.I sprayed everything -- the carpet, curtains, sofa, desk chair, bedding, doormat, and various rugs. I would lock the cat in one room, then spray the other room and leave the door closed and windows open for a few hours. After the spray was dry and the room aired out, I'd lock the cat in there and spray the other room. I'm happy to say that nothing was stained, and the carpet even felt softer and more conditioned! When I sprayed the carpets, I'd use my bare feet to rub the spray deeper into the fibers. Well, my feet were softer and conditioned, too! (Seriously, my dry heels were moisturized and smooth like a baby's butt.)I did not apply Wondercide directly on my cat. He did manage to walk directly through one spray of the plain cedar Wondercide, and it made him sneeze a few times, and his eyes teared up for around 15 minutes. I monitored him closely and he was totally fine.I applied the spray over everything once every 3-4 days, around 3 times in total. I don't know if it worked -- but I can say that I couldn't find a single flea after. I flea-combed the cat everyday, set out sticky/lightbulb flea traps, and nothing!Unfortunately, Wondercide is a little pricy and one 32oz bottle was barely enough for my 1-bedroom apartment. It would probably last longer if you didn't have wall-to-wall carpet like me. I'd recommend buying the gallon size so you can treat your home multiple times. But I would gladly pay the price for the reassurance of using a product that's safe for my cat and I.

Anyone want to start a Flea Support Group?
I have NEVER written a review before, but I wrote a very similar one about VETS BEST as well. This past month and a half of dealing with a severe flea infestation has been one of the most challenging times I've ever experienced. I have spent so much money and tossed out so many things. I feel like we all need a support group. Did WONDERSIDE totally magically fix my issue, no, but did it help immensely, speed the process up, and help with my state of mind? Sure did!Side note: HOW is there no easy way in the year 2023 to get rid of fleas?!?I don't want to get my hopes up too much that I am completely rid of Fleas, but I think I am for sure on somewhat of the other side of it. What I found most helpful during this process was reading everyone else's experiences, so I'll share mine in the hopes it helps at least one other person. My indoor (never outdoor, untreated) cat had been leaving this blackish dirt everywhere. I really had no idea what it was, I usually have my windows and screen door open and there was a lot of construction around my apartment, silly me just figured it was that...Well, I was scrolling through TikTok one night, and this woman is talking about how she noticed 'flea dirt' on her foster kitten, at that moment, everything just clicked into place for me. I checked my poor cat out, and sure enough I saw the little buggers. The next morning I woke up and my life has not been the same.Called the vet and they couldn't get him in for a few days (because of course), so I attempted a flea bath, but nothing is going to work until you treat the animal and start seriously treating your house. I have been vacuuming every single day, twice a day. I start with my big vacuum going around each and every wall of the house with the hose, and then I do a big vacuum. I then send the Roomba around. I did ultimately decide to toss my rugs, which some say was an overreaction, but anyone who is deep in the middle of this I think can understand. I vacuum the couch every other day. I did lay a sheet down over it, so the cat would have less contact. It took me about a week to start using the spray. I bought WONDERSIDE, I bought both the Lemongrass and Cedarwood sent. I genuinely liked the smell of the Cedarwood. The Lemongrass was a little too pungent. However, I will take any strong smell for 5 mins than have fleas running wild.I attempted to spray my cat down with it, which he HATED, but had to do it. Just a note, he started drooling at the mouth, which is normal and should stop in a few seconds. I poured a bit of it in a bowl and let him chow down on treats while I rubbed it into his fur.The only downsides about WONDERSIDE is that it is on the pricier side. As I was bleeding money, I was looking for a cheaper alternative, and I started using VETS BEST. Again, I cannot directly know for sure if this has done anything more than give me a little peace of mind, but let's put it this way, I just placed 3 orders. And I will say that I do think that it has 100% sped up this never-ending process. So, what would I say to someone just starting this terrible journey?1. Treat your animal. My indoor cat will never be off flea meds for the rest of his life. I never want to go through this again.2. Start vacuuming daily, and if you have a roomba, send that around too. Empty the vacuum OUTSIDE every time. It's also a good way to check your progress.3. Brush your pet daily. I had a bowl of hot water with Dawn Dish Soap so they would die a hot soapy death.4. Wash bedding every other day at least. (This has been the hardest, as I live in an apartment and have to pay for laundry, but you HAVE to do it)5. Spray around the house every few days and then don't vacuum to let it sit.6. If you can get rid of your rugs, I would...truly whatever gives your peace of mind, that's important.7. CapStar! You can get it from your vet or way cheaper on Chewy. I wish I had known about this pill sooner.8. I spoke with exterminators, and they said that they can come 'treat' the house, but given the life cycle of fleas, they'll have to come back again. Really the only thing you can do is vacuum.I like to think that over a month in a half in, I am almost on the other side and now am just maintaining to keep the next cycle at bay. But I cannot recommend this product enough.Good. Luck.
