Very useful & versatile
It's large, sturdy, can be bent to the shape you need, and the rubber won't scratch anything. It will fit over a shower rod or closet pole. I have several for hanging things like reusable grocery bags and a long extension cord. But it's also great to hang dry anything that won't fit on a hanger.

Length is 9 inches
Because I couldn't find the information anywhere else, the length of the S hook when straightened is about 9 inches. The thickness is about 0.4 inches or 1cm, so it's much thicker than even the long 18 or 24-inch GearTies.I don't think it would support a lot of weight so a metal S hook might work better in many cases, but if you need something flexible, this seems relatively sturdy.

Great little s-hook.
Works well. With the textured surface, thinks do not slip off and the hook is silent. No clanking like a metal hook.

I’m not sure what to use this for.
Smaller than expected. I wasn’t sure if it would keep it shape for the purposes of my use. Was planning to use it to lower my hanging shower head caddy. Ended up just using an S hook that I use to hang my purses in my closet.

Love this for purse in restroom stalls and in restaurants
I carry a very heavy purse, and hate putting it on the floor in restrooms with all the germs. I have been looking for a solution to hang my handbag over the top of the stall doors (when no hook is present on the door, which is pretty often) and from a handicapped bar. This gizmo is a life saver! I can easily carry it in my purse and hook it over the top of stall door.. it holds my heavy purse without dropping it, unlike other 'purse holders' I bought or looked at that were more expensive. Also great in restaurants to put the hook on a table edge and hold my purse out of the reach of would be thieves and ditto off the floor.. I'm going to buy more and give some as gifts to women I know. A pink one would be nice, right now they only have black, maybe in the future they will tailor some for women!
