Nice little foam roller..
Ordered this for a new abs floor workout (I have a bad knee, former runner/kickboxer). Love how it works, and feels while working out… Will try using it for Yoga/Pilates…

A little too hard depending on the area of the body you are using it for.
I use this to help with my sore hips during pregnancy. It’s kind of harder than i expected so next time i’ll get a softer one.
