Brilliant book with authentic recipes all vegan.

One of the best selling cookbooks, and it is easy to see why.I absolutely love Joanne Molinaro's calm, wise, generous style. I also love the personal content she puts in along with the ingredients. It comes through in all her YouTube clips (which add another dimension to this book, and are really worth watching), and it comes through in every one of her printed recipes here, whether traditional or fusion.This isn't just a wonderful cookbook for vegans, it suggests new ways of preparing food for vegetarians and carnivores alike. She offers a flexible, sensible cuisine that produces truly delicious, nutritious meals.Highly recommended to all foodies.

Life enhancing cook book with amazing beauty leaves you with love in your heart and stomach.

This book is wonderful, the recipes are great but it's the family history that has me spellbound. What a great way to write recipes while telling your family history, it's brilliant, I love it.

I found out about this cookbook through the lady on tiktok and had to get it. I preordered it, read it cover to cover reading all the family stories, tabbed all the recipes I wanted to try first and done a big shop at the Korean grocery store. It was a fantastic new food experience. Everything I've made so far has been delicious. I have found my spice tolerance is way less than the authors so I only do what I would normally add to meals to add some heat but apart from that I have loved it.

This book is beautifully written and illustrated with what I am sure would be amazing recipes. However, if you are in the UK, please be aware quite a few of the ingredients are not easily obtained.

The book looks amazing and the recipes are mouthwatering, I cannot wait to cook everything 😋
