Awesome Hot Spot Device!
This is a great alternative to Big tech wifi company's! I have only used this for a day so far, but I get great signal! So far I have only used it to stream movies on my Amazon prime on my t.v. Set up was fairly easy for a not so tech savvy guy. I live in a small rual town but as you can see from the picture, it has full bar's. I will post an update if I do have any issues.

Not just bad- literally didn’t work once.
Followed the directions to the T. Charged carefully and tried to use on a trip to London, device wouldn’t hold a charge and not once had signal. Utterly useless. I was very careful to read all instructions, watched YouTube videos on use, and make sure it wasn’t user error. Stranded me with no other options so I’m off to buy a burner phone which at least feels like an adventure! 0/5, don’t waste ya cash if you’re not in the US.

Stopped working mid vacation.
I loved this hot spot. We've been going to Paris for years and have tried buying sim cards and trying new phones, but could never get a good connection overseas. Our phones utilize wifi calling, so we bought this hotspot. It worked great the first few days of the trip. My mom had an emergency and was life flighted to a small city from eastern Montana and my dad was struggling with dementia. I needed to be in touch with my family, and this hotspot let us down. I called the company from the wifi in our room and reached nobody. I tried texting, emailing and calling and got zero responses. Needless to say it cost us $300 to buy one in Paris. Oh and we weren't refunded any of the money for airtime. This is not a great product.

Nice 👍 device but you have to purchase data when you need it
I like the different ways you can connect with it and it's touch screen, but you have to be able to afford to buy data, and i do alot of streaming, so I have to go back to the drawing board!

Disappointed
I bought this to use with my Rv when I travel. I was using it for the first time this weekend. The device had a hard time connecting to any service. My cell phone is through Verizon and had a good signal. But the hotspot barely had 2 bars and was buffering when using. The antenna is weak as well I had to leave the hotspot out side to even pick up a signal. If I put it inside my Rv it lost the signal completely. The listing states it’s use 6 different carriers for service. Verizon must not be one. The data plans are reasonable priced but you have to get a signal to use the data.
