I purchased this product for my sculpture making work. Machine feels solid in hands, accessories works fine except the wrench key. It tears down within a day. I will ask them for an exchange of this key, i would be happy if they do. Another thing is that the shaft wire need to be grease otherwise it sound harsh. Let’s see how this tool perform in long term.

Only expecting the extension will more lighter but believe me its reasonable light and excellent till now, nit tested all till now

This drill is more powerful (200 W) than even Dremel 4000 (175 W), with comparable features, but priced very reasonably.The kit is very comprehensive, with all the required tools.That said, it would have been great to have a universal chuck in the default kit! So we have to manage with a set of five collets and a cap for different sizes of bits. That's a bit inconvenient!The carrying case is durable and designed very well. But some of the bits do fall off from the holding tray when the box is carried.

This product quality is poor.becouse product is over heating eaven after alittle time of usage and also refusing speed .I dont kow product is defective or not .so I am going to ask

Recieved the product yesterday.ConsFirstly packing could have been better, the plastic case provided had scratches (photos attached ) .The clips that are used to close the case are less sturdy.The telescopic stand looks ok.but better to hang somewhere else as the stand is less sturdy.company could improve on that.The case for attachments could be improved ..but all these can be made better by little improvisations by user..so no big deal.Pros.All things are provided as told in the website I guess .Machine is working as well as the shaft.Need to put it in to some good use and update the review later.The collet provided with the machine is stainless steel I guess..not brass.other collets looks like brass .not sure about it .but that could also be upgraded later if required .

The media could not be loaded. Its really powerfull be carefull when u do work it satisfy by wood cutting diy. It gets heated soon when u connect to your shaft gues its not a problem the customer care is also very good they reply in few minutes. I use their cordless one also really good that also

I'm a beginner. The rotary tools is quite impressive, quality seems good. Didn't cross 3000 RPM yet but overall it work's properly on or under 3K RPM. Still figuring out the tools' full usage.Found few issues:1. The kit came without any manual. It's hard to know each bits' use without the manual . (Referring youtube videos is the best way)2. Abrasive discs are too fragile that it breaks with a little pressure.3. 1 Abrasive disc may last for cutting 1 screw (or 2 screws at most).4. HSS cutting disc goes blunt within no time. Very poor quality. Will have to buy new set of good quality from local market.5. Sanding accessories fell off often cause no locking is provided in the box.6. Accessories changing is a tedious and time consuming task. Uniqual should come up with spring loaded mandrel like Dremel for ease in operations. Will buy Dremel mandrel set for the same purpose.
