I love this little gadget. It really is a "TENS" machine kind of thing, but without all the wires and the box. I've had it on a lot for two weeks and it keeps my shoulder muscle from tightening and spasming. I've had discs replaced in my neck and it's hard to hold my head up for long without a lot of pain in my shoulders and neck...but with this little gadget I can sit all the way through a movie now. Thank you.

Had I reviewed this within a few days of receipt, would have given it 5 stars. I ordered 2, so I could use one on both legs, where I have severe back-related muscle pain.Pros:It is a great product, and really gave me relief.It is small, so can be worn under clothesNo remote, so one does not have to worry about carrying around a small remote easily misplaced.Cons:The adjesive pads have a relatively short life. Replacements on a regular basis are an expensive proposition.The adhesive pads unsnap relatively easily while worn under clothing, causing the unit to fall off.Short battery life. First unit stopped giving charge after about 3 weeks, second unit after 4.5, altho LED still bright on each (should be a better signal). In contrast, my aleve back TENS purchased at the same time is still going strong. Replacement batteries not cheap.Overall maintenance exense for batteries and adjesive pads is significant, considering short life of each.

My only regret is that I bought a traditional TENS unit with dangling wires before buying 2 of these.I initially bought a TENS unit to help rehabilitate my knees. Then last week I started manifesting a bad case of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. I tried my traditional TENS on my wrist and hands. The results were great, but I hated having all those dangling wires on my hands and not being able to do anything that involved my hands during a TENS session.Then I discovered this product and ordered it. I am writing (well typing) this review, literally minutes after putting the unit on my wrists and the units are still on there, providing me relief as I TYPE.Ponder no further. GET IT!

I really like this unit. I have two of them, one for work - I use it while sitting at my desk when I get "computer neck". Then other is for home use. It has very good stimulation on my neck muscles. Even though, for me, the pads and batteries last for a good while, I've learned to keep replacement pads and batteries on hand. I'm sure it can be used for other areas, but I use it on my neck. Just under your shirt....It's small enough that I don't look like Quasimodo. :)

I had one of these before that lasted a few years, but this one has died after only using it 4 or 5 times. Changed battery, it shows the green on light, but nothing happens. So disappointed. These are helpful when they work.

Let me say, im 75, with a bad back, so I wasn’t doing active things. The second day I wore this, it came off, when I was in a lawyer’s office. I didn’t know it had, until I went to turn it on.Id love to like it, because it helped, but not if im joking to lose iy

I love the size and ease of use!! No wires and easily carries in my purse. Must get the gel they recommend!!! You will also need eye glass screwdriver to place the included battery!!!The strength is sufficient
