Easy to work with.
Love it!! Easy to work with for sticky stuff. Stuck where I needed it and sealed nicely. Don't for see it pulling up nor anything leaking through it. Used it for other areas, such as behind trim over top edge of flooring, to prevent water from getting under flooring.
