Fantastic, must-read if you struggle with bitterness
This book was deeply impactful to me personally. I have struggled with bitterness for more than 10 years while somehow being blind to the issue until recently.This book gave me so much clarity and insight; it helped me realize how poisonous and destructive bitterness has been to my heart, my life, and my faith. It helped me realize that it was bitterness that had led me to a long season of doubt and unbelief.Before reading this book I couldn’t figure out how to let go of my bitterness. Now that I know how destructive bitterness is and how it’s kept me from God, I’m uprooting every last bit of it from my heart—I don’t want anything more to do with it. Thank you for writing this book.

I would recommend this book to anyone who has suffered or is suffering from bitterness between themselves and others. The author paints a realistic and comprehensive picture of the facets of bitterness in our lives, and offers encouragement to find the path to freedom from its enslaving power. His walk through the biblical story of Ruth is delightful and a sweet "dessert" to all that comes before it
