Graco 17G177 Magnum ProX17 Stand Paint Sprayer, Grey/Blue

As a handyman, I have used this sprayer on two long jobs and sprayed about 100 gallons through it.I am impressed with the power and tip options. The unit is easy to clean, but you need to give it time to flush and also time to preserve the pump or you will have issues. I have followed the steps and get a nice spray everytime. Its been very dependable so far.I recommend purchasing the extra lengths of hose up front, because moving it every 50 feet can be bothersome without the cart. I always use 100 foot of hose and I have no issues spraying primer or top of the line paint.As a bad thing, my own fault of course, I have dumped two suction screens down the drain by accident when washing the gun and suction parts. So buy a few extas now, you wont regret it.Make sure you investigate the tips, as there are several models for fine finish in the RAC20 tips you will want to use.Oh, and when using supreme quality paints, use some Flowtrol addative to help the one coat paints spray better.

This sprayer is INCREDIBLE. The spray gun with reversible nozzle to clear clogs is awesome all on its own. The sprayer is easy to use and clean, and makes painting a breeze once you get the hang of it. Well worth the money to buy a high quality product and get the high quality results you expect. Be sure to watch the instructional video from GRACO on Youtube, as well as read the instructions that come with each sprayer. Cleaning this sprayer is made easy, and properly cleaning the filters and spray gun are vital to the pumps performance and overall lifespan, as is true of any paint sprayer! Very efficient application of paint and no shortage of power or pressure.

I used this sprayer to paint my house, shop, utility shed and the entry doors on all these buildings. It covered the T-111 wood siding very well and worked well on both metal and fiberglass entry doors. After the initial use I needed to increase the pressure to get the same result but it worked well on that setting for the remainder of the job which included two coats of paint and a couple of weeks to complete. I will rate it 5 stars if it continues to operate as well over the course of time on a few more big painting projects.

I painted my 2-story 3500 sqft stucco house and I did it as a crew of 1! I got bids from several companies from $5,500 - $9,000. There was quite a bit of prep-work, but it turns out I more time than money during the Covid-Summer so I decided to do it myself. I did it for less than $1500 including the cost of the sprayer. I got quality Glidden paint from Home Depot, and doing it yourself you know exactly what goes on the wall. i also got this great sprayer. it worked like a champ. I even sprayed a buddies house - he did his own prep cause that's no fun. The sprayer comes 50' hose which is essential for 2-stories. It's easy to clean, easy to operate, and has easy to follow instruction/quick start guide. Great product.

I absolutely love it due to easy to move around , great for little side jobs , easy clean up . I use it frequently and have had no issues using it . Highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded. This spraying turns anyone who is "moderately" detailed into a SUPER PAINTER! Simply follow the directions, watch a few "how to" videos. Practice a little with water, then get your job done. My wife and I completely painted the exterior of our 5000+ sq. ft. home in two days. That included covering windows, masking off everything etc. We were blown away by how easy and detailed this sprayer was. Worth every penny we spent on it.

We had the x7 I think before this and painted our 4K sq ft home inside and out with it! This one has a changeable pump which is great because the x7 I forgot to clean it and after 3 years… it was bad. We got a lot of use out of that x7 and im sure this one with the changeable pump will last forever now that I’ve learned my lesson and clean it after each use. I’m now excited to paint huge projects! And looking forward to buying their hand held sprayer that used dewalt batteries for smaller projects. I’ll be loyal to this company for life.
