These work!
I have occasional lower back pain and have tried various brands for my pain relief. I found that these Ben Gay patches work the fastest and stay on until you want to take them off. The scent is the typical Ben Gay scent which I personally don't mind.

These do a fairly good job at relieving pain during the day but nighttime is a different story if you toss and turn while sleeping.
