No Sugar Hydration!
I love Re-Lyte as a top notch instant hydration without the sugar. Even better - these travel packets. The travel packets are perfect to take in the car, on a plane or on any trip. I highly recommend re-lyte over so many other brands on the market. Check your nutrition labels for added sugar!! Liquid IV may taste delicious but it has 11g of added sugar per serving! That’s not a hydration drink. That is a sugar drink. re-lyte has no artificial ingredients AND no sugar. It truly is healthy hydration.

I’ve tried them all
My favorite electrolyte powder and I tried them all. I use the individual packets for traveling and backpacking. The taste is amazing but if it’s your first time, get the variety flavor pack to try the different flavors. I put it in a bottle and shake it till it dissolves.

Delicious, great for athletes
I can really appreciate the quality of these. The berry flavor, my favorite, reminds me of melted gummy bears…that’s a good thing! The flavor is a bit sweet and there's a good helping of sodium to replenish the lost fluids (something other electrolytes don't seem to have in abundance) but it works well for me in a cycling bottle full of water. For long rides on a hot day, it really helps to replenish.They are quite pricey but I believe you get what you pay for here. Only negative would be the perforated line at which you tear off the top of a packet only opens a little bit of the tube. I always want to just dump it into my bottle as the water pours in and unless I cut the top off further down from the line, it will just trickle out. It’s a very minor gripe. Otherwise, they aren’t readily available for next day delivery for me, I typically have to wait several days…that’s a bummer.
