This oil is okay. It smells similar to what I grow in the garden. It smells a little more like liquorice to me. I'm sure fresh leaves smell different so it's not really the manufacturers fault. My expectations were high. The bottle was well sealed. A nice size bottle for the price. It arrived quickly.

Definitely need to diffuse it with a little bit of a mixing oil. For sensitive areas like the back of the neck or it may sting a bit.Very nice. I prefer the orifice rather than the dropper the squeeze dropper that it offers, but other than that I really do enjoy it.I use basil for swelling. You could use it in the kitchen as well though I prefer the fresh basil for that, but I definitely use the basil in a homemade pain relieving lotion that I put together and basil is excellent for swelling tissues

I am absolutely amazed at what this oil is doing for my sun/age spots. Within days, DAYS, they are peeling off and the skin underneath is new and healed.I have tried so many products to try to get rid of them and this did the trick. I didn’t even get it for that specific purpose.Just one drop mixed in with a dime size of my face lotion. One drop in my water flosser as a mouth rinse. A little will go a very long way.

I have used this before and the most recent two times the product went bad before the expiration date and when I say BAD I mean burn your nose hair, strong like something is terribly wrong bad. Most recent order 3/22/2023 bottle says 3/2025 expiration. I opened it thinking it was fine, its 99% full and the smell is terrible. I use it in my hair, soap products and to soak our feet, a small amount had our home smelling rotten it is passed the return date and It is not okay to sell a product that goes bad before the expiration date. I am trying to contact the seller however have found no way to do so and amazon chat keeps telling me I am passed my return window, and that is all.
