First off I am not much of a reviewer. However, I do read the reviews before making a purchase. This product was no exception. I read how everyone was having an issue with the phone holder portion. Everyone seemed satisfied with the rest of the dash cubby so I decided to try to improve on what was subpar. I was able to get a “Ram” mount with the two ball joint attachments. The phone side I was able to attach it to a pretty strong magnet found at HD. The other end just so happened to have the same threading as the dash cubby so it screwed in easily and very tightly. It then was mounted in the Jeep using the provided self tapping screws. Works very well with the case I have on my iPhone that has metal square ring kick stand thingy. Hope this helps anyone looking for a similar solution. Pics attached.

Easy install,good fit and finish for a jeep accessory. However,after using the phone holder for a week my phone started jumping out. The phone holder fingers are rubber so they lost there rigidity and are just about useless. I may try to reinvent something to make it work because it's so handy.

Great customer service I bought this probably 6 months ago and unfortunately it broke I contacted the seller and asked for just a replacement arm to screw back on wasn't a problem I got the replacement the next day and it was the whole assembly I couldn't ask for anything more from Amazon and Sahara Jesus the seller., Extremely satisfied even though isn't jeep proof... Buy again from fantastic folks

Great addition to the Jeep I use to have something that went on the windshield but I like to keep a sun shade on and it was alway in the way. This looks original I would only say that it says no drilling required but it came with 3 screws and 3 holes on the tray so yes you must drill the screw no big deal looks good still.

The tape is useless as the tray doesn’t exactly fit a TJ so you will need to drill the screws in. And after two weeks of mild use, my phone was in the holder maybe a dozen times, the ball snapped clean off.

Update: I had an issue with the product just over the 30 day policy. I contacted the seller and they are fixing the issue. They responded quick with care and kindness Thank you so much!Makes the center console on your dash have more room, deeper and they are sectioned off. The phone holder worked well for a few days than when the ride gets bumpy and well...you have a jeep it's going to get bumpy it falls off the holder. Still a great product even with that issue.

This is made for an older Jeep... so they should have made it to hold the phone a little better. Those aren't the smoothest riding vehicles, & the phone gets jolted out every single bump. And it's a smaller/average phone, not one of the huge heavy ones. Very poor design.

I pulled it back and put in a single screw, and now it is secure enough for me. I use the mount for my android auto display. The swivel ball mount was the same size so I just switched over the clamping nut. It fit perfectly.

Product seemed alright at first, it did not last very long. I installed it in my Jeep and within a month it broke, one of the arms that hold the phone snapped off.
