The Blueberry and Banana Nut flavors do not have milk, but do have eggs. The Chocolate flavor has both ingredients. Be advise, the factory that makes these muffins does have milk. How much, I don't know. So it is possible some milk may be accidentally mixed within the Blueberry and Banana Nut muffins.

Q: Are these removed from the freezer when shipped?

They're shipped fresh & have never been frozen. However, they do freeze well, so if you want to keep some past the expiration date, just pop them in the freezer & then take them out & thaw before eating. Just like fresh.
