Good book and helpful

There is no doubt about it. The book is chock full of great information and instructions on building a wood gasifier. But, and there is always a "but", only if you plan on running an engine 500cc or bigger if you follow the build plans in this book. If you want to run an smaller portable generator than look elsewhere.

This book is a clear and precise step by step guide to making your own wood gasifier. Started to collect the needed parts to start my build, as soon as it’s complete I will update the review with pictures and videos. Very excited for this project.

You pretty well need to be an accomplished tradesman and have lots of skills knowledge and tools to do what this book suggests and its very expensive..There are similar simpler manuals available.. I've been familiar with Ben Peterson the writer for over15 years..He knows his stuff..

It’s a large gasifier. Not just a backyard quick build but lots of good information nonetheless. If you are thinking of making one, it’s a good book to have.
