Nature's WayHair And Skin Formula With Msm Glucosamine 599 Mg. 100

As I've gotten older, my darn hair will not grow as quickly as it used to, it doesn't shine as much as it used to, my skin doesn't glow as much as it used to...aw[...] older has it's privileges, but some of these changes are not as welcome! I bought Nature's Way Hair and Skin on a friend's suggestion and I really love the product. I've used it for more than a month now & I have noticed my hair has grown more. In fact, new hair has grown & now I have bangs...and that's all new hair! My skin also looks more radiant. I believe that is due to these vitamins in addition to making sure I clean it well & moisturize. A good combination. )

Great product as always from Nature's Way! A company rep told me about these after I asked about something else and I'm glad I tried them. Been using for 3 months and have even noticed improvements in toenails, eyebrows, and eyelashes. Cayenne Pepper is strong as others noted but its not horrible and worth it for the results. Please don't change a thing.

I have been taking these for about a month now and although I did notice like major hair improvement, my nails are growing like crazy! I guess it will take longer to notice on the hair (my hair is thick but does not grow quickly). I am impressed that my nails are grwoing so quickly and they don't seem to be a fragile as they once were. I am crediting this supplement for that. Overall I am happy.

This will make you have energy, do not take at night take in the morning with tons of water instead. Works quickly however remember that it doesn’t hold all the nutrients needed for hair and nails so they’ll grow but they won’t be as strong as they would with all vitamins needed in your system. No such thing as a miracle that skips steps.

This supplement is definitely not for me. It helped contribute to me getting stomach ulcers and severe indigestion. I think the cayenne pepper and digestive enzymes...possibly the MSM (derived from shell fish) was simply not agreeable for my stomach pH and digestive health overall. However it did seem to help my nails and with hair growth. But the other issues it gave me is simply not worth it for me. I recommend that if someone takes this supplement, that they take it in smaller does than the full recommended dose on the bottle and always eat a good meal first before taking this supplement. I don't recommend taking it on an empty stomach ever because of the cayenne pepper fruit in it. I never took this supplement on an empty stomach but took it in between meals. I think it would've been better to take right after a full meal. Would've probably been less severe on my stomach. I don't usually have a sensitive stomach or system.
