Old spa pack started giving me problems after 10 years. When turning pump motor to high the motor would hum and then shut down. After some troubleshooting and emailing Gecko we determined the spa pack was faulty. Ordered a replacement (newer model V3) and it was quickly delivered. Replacement was easy and performed flawlessly. Gecko has good product support and DIY videos on their website. Also a big factor, pricing on Amazon was better than other spa part dealers.

I ordered the Gecko to replace the one in my seven year old spa. It arrived very quickly and was well packaged. I would have given five stars except for one problem. It was supposed to come with a two sided quick start guide. Mine didn't and because it is a newer version, I am waiting for Gecko to send me the sheet (it has only been 24 hours sent I asked by email so hopefully very soon). I want to state that I am pleased with my purchase and the unit appears to be very well made. Also in all fairness, there is a QR code on the unit that may have what I need but I'm an 82 year old who only has a "dumb" phone so that's on me.

The unit was slightly different from the original and I was having issues wiring it. It would either not turn in the pump or it would only run low and then pop the breaker on high pump. I contacted the seller on Friday evening, it's Tuesday evening and haven't heard anything back. I ended up looking online since the unit had no paperwork with it just a basic wiring sticker on the inside lid. No thanks to them but I finally got it running properly

Purchased this to replace an older model control board. The connections weren’t identical to the old board, but the instructions and the wiring guide made it pretty simple to install myself.
