This is the second one we ordered. First one went out within 6 months. (Thought …. Things happen right….) wrong!!!! Ordered a 2nd one just put it on and does not work at all. Because it’s over the 30 days, no refund! Lesson learned. You get what u pay for!!!!

J'ai acheté l'alternateur en octobre 2021 et pas utilisé de tout l'hiver. Démarré la saison en mai 2022 et il a arrêté de fonctionner la semaine passé ! Je suis très décu.

2006 goldwing, has a brand new Alternator from DB installed. Lasted one week, on the freeway voltmeter started flashing & showing a charge of 10.5 Volts. I immediately exited the freeway and pulled into a gas station. Engine died as I was pulling in.Brand new alternator stopped charging after less than 150 miles. I called DB from the gas station I was told that they do not pay for labor or towing but they would be more than happy to send me a replacement. It cost me $160 to tow it back and $250 to get it replaced again. You know the statement, you get what you pay for? It would have cost me double the price for a new one from Honda, I chose not to pay more but ended up costing me twice as much at the end.Do yourself a favor and buy the original. If I had purchased one from Honda, they would have towed the bike for free, and replaced it with a new one for free. I got a new Honda Alternator now, the one I replaced with this DB alternator was my original one that lasted 13 years. I do not recommend this brand.
