Works and does exactly what it is intended for…
It worked for me great although the hole on the wiper arms was a bit small - drilled it out.Once I replaced the arms, I drilled out the new arms to work with the puller and added anti-seizing compound.

Did not work for me
Tried to use this on the rear wiper of a 2012 Toyota Highlander. The tool's U-shaped inset was not quite large enough to allow the bolt to be screwed down directly onto the bolt holding the stuck wiper. As a result, I could not remove the wiper as the bolt's slipped to the side of one another. The tool does seem to be well made though and it may work on other vehicles.

The prong width and depth was fine for my use
This is a review of the FIT Tools Wiper Arm Remover.Summary – I needed to replace a 2006 Saturn Vue rear wiper motor and this tool was just what I needed. The prong width and depth was fine for my use. The prongs are 1 ½ cm wide and the depth of the prongs is 1”. So if you are not sure if this is for you, simply use a ruler to check before ordering. In terms of build quality, I am very happy with this for the cheap price I paid. It is very solid and while I wish the turn knob was coated in a soft plastic or rubber, it works and gets the job done.Nothing not to like and does what I wanted. If this develops issues with ongoing use, I will update this review accordingly. Thank you!

Junk, breaks easy if your wiper arms are tight
Horrible product. The screw down pin wanted to keep sliding off the wiper post when tightened down. Had to put a nut on the bolt with the nut raised slightly higher than the wiper post. This kept the tool pressing on the post while I tried to tighten by hand. Was not able to free the wiper by cranking the tool with my hand. Had to use a channel lock on the grip handle to finally get the wiper to pop off the spline. After doing so, the metal tip of the tool snapped out and cracked the threaded post of the tool. Had to spend 30 minutes filing the broken tip so I could use the tool on the other arm. While using on the other wiper arm, the plastic knob for tightening stripped. So I had to use a vice grip and clamp down high up on the thread post of the tool so I could use it to get the other wiper arm to pop off the spline.Tool is junk. It might be ok if your trying to free wiper arms off a new car, but don’t use on wiper arms that have been locked down for awhile.

Perfect for AUDI
I have a 2005 Audi Quattro and needed to get the wipers off to clean out the plenum chamber. Unfortunately, most of these tools are too high to fit under the wiper that is closest to the hood hinge.I took a chance and this worked great.A couple of tips:1. Use the wiper nut to guide and steady the tool's stud on top of the wiper stud.Loosen the nut as far as you can without taking it all the way off, leaving one turn of thread. With the nut still in place, center align the stud of the tool into it. it will keep it from slipping off the threaded stud.2. Use a pair of pliers. If yours are like mine, they will not come off without a fight. Chances are, you will not be able to turn the knob by hand. Not even if you're a guy with vice grip hands. :))I'm a female and used a pair of actual vice grip pliers to gently turn the knob until the wiper arm was up under the nut. I then removed the nut and it was able to pry the wiper off. You might need a little add'l help from the tool...I've had to do this procedure 3 times in a time span of 1 week [it's an AUDI, don't ask :)] and the tool is still in new condition.Another bit of advice:They've posted the relevant dimensions of the tool. Please measure your stuff before ordering. Giving it a negative review because you ordered the wrong size tool hardly seems fair.
