Q: is it waterproof? or you had to change it everyday.

No, it isn't waterproof....when it gets wet it falls off. Other wise it has to be changed every 48 hours. It does work....somethimes in 1 or 2 treatments. The dog is a greyhound....and they do come back in different places on his foot.

Q: Am i supposed to shave it down along with applying the little medicated pads? like with the Ped-Egg or emery file i have?

I just use it as it comes. If it's way too big to fit your foot, I guess you could shave it a little bit to make it fit. Make sure you have enough of the covering pad to keep the medicated inner part close to the wart.

Q: How do I know when it has finished working? Reviews say it will “fall off”, but right now it looks caved in, which is how it looked in the beginning.

My suggestion is to just continue the process until it falls off. When I have used any of Dr Scrolls foot (warts, callus etc.) products. It would peel off after I use the product about 3x in the shower.
