My household has been using this grinder for a while now. I purchased this grinder to grind water soaked rice to make fresh rice powder and this grinder worked surprisingly well. Since then, we have been using this grinder to grind pretty much anything. It saves time and effort. It comes with 3 stainless steel jars with dome shaped lids.My household is very satisfied with this product. It is definitely well built and reliable.

So excited when we got this thing in September, worked like a charm! Then, bam, mid-October, the wires started peeking out like curious critters. Tried to ignore it, but then, poof! January rolls around and the plug's gone AWOL. Customer service? MIA. Feeling pretty bummed, not gonna lie. Save yourself the heartache, folks, steer clear of this one!Customer care is not picking up . Thats a lot of money down the drain.Do not buy this.

I purchased this for 140 bucks and very diaappointed that it didnot even last for 4 years. When I purchased it, it was advertised as powerful but in reality, it suddenly stopped working. The reset button doesnot work either. Regretting this purchase.

As soon as the Grinder was received the first thing noticed was a broken and exposed electrical wire. Also the wire looked weak something that may not have lasted long but smoked after some use. The product was returned however the refund took longer than other Amazon merchandise returns

This is a great and powerful mixer grinder. I didn't know it is a TTK Product, manufactured by PRESTIGE. The product description does not say that and I was simply taking a chance with it since it looked compact in the picture and figured out it should fit under the counter, and it does. Another great feature is it's QUIET operation, compared to other products in the market. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. It makes thick and smooth chutney with ease, grinds well and the small jar for spices work well too. Only suggestion would be, the tall jar could've been be little bigger. But, works for me well.

Works well for different loads including liquids, solids, smoothies etc.. little burning smell at top speed setting when run for long. Not a big deal

I bought this product in Dec 2023, thinking It was made in UK. 3 month in use and cord already broke at the base of the machine. Ask support from Amazon & found out Amazon customer is as worse as well. Amazon customer asks me to reach customer service in India, when I bought this product on US Amazon platform. There are no clear warranty instructions on the website. Amazon must stand by its customer, if they are selling the product on their platform and must provide with the US number to resolve the issues.Not even worth a Star Rating.
