Don't expect miracles but it's not bad by any means
Part of me cringes on the inside when the beauty claims of products are claimed to combat the effects of genetics and/or age and/or diet/lifestyle. If your eye area is puffy and a bit shadowy from poor quality/quantity sleep this silicone packed gel will help soothe and even plump up the area blurring the look of fine lines and improving circulation and this lymphatic drainage from the eyes reducing puffing and some shadow from the blood vessels being close to the skins surface. No eye cream will erase genetically dark under eye circles, hereditary or lifestyle fat deposits in the eye bags nor remove crows feet and wrinkles. This cream is a nice textural enhancer and soothing gel, there are cheaper and far more expensive eye creams that do the same, some will not, some will irritate. This is very gentle and has additional value from the antioxidants, however if you are using to combat dark shadows please consider alternating with a non-caffeine product as whilst caffeine is a useful topical agent, continued use in the under eye region has been shown to make the very things it temporarily helps worse in the long run.I use this on my really bad night days (I have a teething baby so it's quite often at the moment!) to help soothe my eyes and help create a better texture in the eye region. It doesn't irritate my sensitive, dry and dermatitis-prone skin in fact it has reduced redness and soreness, but is a treat rather than daily practice due to the caffeine.

Thin grey-white non-greasy gel. Pleasant to use, slight cooling effects, nothing 'wow'. Elegant, economical pump dispenser.
These are my first impressions of this eye gel. It's quite similar in appearance to a (significantly cheaper) Olay eye product I've used in the past, with a greyish white appearance to the gel, not particularly attractive to be honest but colour residue isn't evident when applied. It's invisible in use. What I did like about this is that unlike some luxury beauty eye gels/creams the manufacturers haven't cynically packaged this so it dispenses a large and wasteful amount through a large nozzle. The pump nozzle disperses very economically and effectively providing it is pressed very gently. It's a thin gel so comes out as quite a thin ribbon of product rather than a blob - do press gently so that you don't dispense too much.On application to my eyes I found that the product rubbed in nicely but was also easy to apply without dragging the skin. I have fairly small features and an amount the size of a large grain of rice was adequate. There was a slight cooling sensation but nothing dramatic. Don't expect this to tighten the skin as it dries, it doesn't do that, at least not in my experience. An instant lifting effect is claimed; I didn't experience this but my eyes don't have a big problem with loose skin anyway.Unlike some brands there are no bulky leaflets with extensive claims. just the briefest of instructions to apply morning and night in a gentle patting motion. This is reassuring in some respects, as I'm not particularly impressed by hype.I'll enjoy using this as it's a perfectly pleasant product, but I honestly don't think it delivers more than eye gels and creams that are significantly cheaper.

Nice to use, but no discernible effect
This is a cooling grey-blue gel, with a neutral / slightly medicinal smell. It is not sticky, and perfectly pleasant to use. It comes with a pump nozzle which dispenses a bit too much, so it is sensible to press gently.I have used this day and night for a few weeks. Whilst there has been no irritation or ill effect - the gel feels cool initially and then soaks in quickly - no have I really been able to see any improvement. I am in my 40s with bags under my eyes, some wrinkles, and hooded eyelids - so there is plenty for the gel to improve!Unfortunately I don’t think this gel really justifies the price. Would have been lovely if it did!

Expensive but does temporarily blur fine lines
From what I understand from the blurb this isn't an anti-aging eye cream but more of an instant-fix product to brighten the eyes by temporarily plumping up the surrounding skin. The product comes in a pump dispenser which I like as it's more hygienic for an eye product. I patted a small amount of the gel around my eye and it felt cooling but there wasn't any tightness or sensitivity. It's invisible and non-greasy and sunk in easily so I could apply make-up over it almost straight away. I do sometimes get fine lines around my eyes when I'm tired and this gel did temporarily blur them a bit.So I guess it does what it claims to do but it's expensive.

Short-term impact on my eye area but no long-term improvement
This was a nice eye gel to try -- it made a visible difference to my under eye area. After using it regularly for about a month, I wouldn't say it had improved my eye area overall. However, it was a nice 'pick me up'. I will definitely use it in future on days when I'm over-tired and need a bit of extra help.
