Great quality, awesome price, came in 2 days, (on Sunday) as promised. My husband's last flaring tool set-up was 20+ years old, and just not very ergonomic to use anymore. The "clothes-pin" was worn and was no longer holding the pipe tight, and it didn't come with the clutch or the floating flare.He's very impressed with the quality of this set! (And the price was awesome!) It's easy to set up and operate, the clutch works as it should... it's awesome! This set operates more efficiently than the Yellow Jacket set he was looking at before he saw this one.If he's happy with it, it's definently a great value for the price. He looked around, and for a set of this quality the cost was double, almost triple the cost of this one, even for the same or very comparable Mastercool kit at the supply house he would normally purchase something like this at.I Would absolutely recommend this item. He's very particular about his tools, he expects them to last 15-20 years, and if he's impressed, I'm impressed. :-)

Light weight, smoother than other rigid flare tool i have owned

This unit worked perfectly and exceeded my expectations. Installed a mini-split; had to shorten and reflare the lines. No issues whatsoever with the tubing cutter. It is very well made in my opinion. The flaring tool made perfect flares each time, and on a few practice attempts before the real attempts. The tubing cutter does have a nice deburring tool attached to it, and it comes with a spare cutting wheel. I found the eccentric feature to be very smooth, and the torque limiter inside the tool kicked in right when it should have. The flares were super smooth. There are well written instructions tucked into the lid. I did not use the little pen-style deburring tool that came with it...Didn't need to.
