I would not purchase from this seller
I had the item for a while prior to using it. When I first opened the fusing tool, I could not plug the item in because the prongs are made for Europe and that information was NOT included in the description. I had to order an adapter to be able to use the tool. Once I was able to use the fusing tool, it would not heat up. I had it plugged into the outlet for 90 minutes and I could hold the heating unit in my hand and it did not burn me. I reached out to the seller for a return/exchange, but I did not receive a response. It was outside of the return policy, but the item does not work. I reached out to Amazon, they reached out to the company for a return label to be sent to me in two days. I’m still waiting.

Not a US plug!!
Should have read the reviews! I was recommended this product and needed it for a Valentines day project, waited over a week and I cant even use it! Not happy.

wrong plus for USA
cannot use with this plug!!! I read the other reviews and others said the same thing. I should Have seen that others had this problem but I did not find it till after I received it. Very disappointed.

Why?
No where in the description or even on the packaging (after I received it), does it state anywhere that it was anything except an American electrical plug. I don't even recognize what kind of plug this is! Was so disappointed to find out it isn't usable. I have no use for this tool with this strange plug. And I received a refund of one dollar and some change!!!!

I should have read through reviews.Just horrible that this listing is not clear on the plug. It should be spelled out and there ought to be a picture.Shipping was free and now I have to pay for return shipping.Very shady seller…

SELLING PRODUCT THAT CAN"T BE USED IN THE USA
Seller is selling products that is NOT for the USA,I wouldn't purchase from this seller You don't get what you pay for. It's totally unusable. They are European and for the USA . The terrible part is he/she is NOT stating it in their description.
