The seeds were fine in size. But had lot of impurities. Had to spend 2hrs cleaning it. Better Would have rather bought from local shop. Had a good amount of rubbish.

Now its available in a container pack too which is much more easy and convenient to keep.APPEARANCE: Reddish brown in color.Quite smaller than flax seeds but bigger than chia seeds.QUALITY: Its organic and very good quality.Sprouting of the seeds are also quick which describe the good quality of it.Has a positive effects- I use this for my hair growth (as prescribed by my nutritionist)USAGE: I use it with milk.Soak 1tsp of seeds in little amount of water 8 hours prior. And have it with milk before the bed time.I would recommend to try this and you won't regret.
