Old Man Emu2880 Coil

With adding new Bilstine 5100 struts and shocks I went ahead and added new springs for the front and back as well. I went with the OME 2880 for the front and the OME 2906 in the rear. I went with the second setting on the front struts and and for now it is setting level. It went from 33 3/16" to 36 7/16" in the front and 33 3/4" to 36 7/16 in the rear. I am well pleased with the stance and the ride quality. No more bouncing in the rear-end. These are a must have if you own a 3rd gen 4runner.(6 month review).. According to Bilstein you can not use the OME 2880 spring with Bilstein 5100 adjustable front struts because the spring is to tall and it keeps the strut maxed out and it causes the strut seal to fail. The Bilstein 5100 adjustable strut is only tested with and designed for the stock 4runner spring. I learned the hard way by causing my strut to fail and go to leaking.

Great Springs for my 1999 4Runner Limited 4x4. Used these and the Bilstein shocks.... excellent combo. Had for 6 months now. Love them. Not the softest ride, but better than the worn out factory springs at 180k miles. Great stability. Highly recommend. OME 2906's in the back. Nice and level. Don't tow alot.

Had brand new 5100s shocks ready for install on my 01 4Runner, these springs did not fit the 5100s at all - in the middle of trying to contact the seller - no reach out has been attempted- respectfully requesting a return and refund
