No, you need to purchase the X100 or V 100 to get RFID

Q: Does a smart phone fit in it?

Yes, it’s very stretchy but the waistband is only about 1/4” wide elastic (like a thin bra strap) so a very large smartphone might be a little heavy.

Q: What’s the maximum amount of USD bills will it hold?

More than you would ever want to carry unless you’re a smuggler. It’s soft underwear type material with a little stretch but otherwise lays flat against your body under your clothes, very comfortable.

Q: Will this fit a US passport?

Yes but its tight and wont lay perfectly flat with the passport in it. And nothing much else can fit with the passport.
