Small but enough
My plants are happy. It's small but just enough for the indoor plants I have.

Neem oil saved the day!
Firstly, the smell is not too bad and dissipates after a day. The ones I sprayed outside and moved in after they were dry had no smell whatsoever.I bought this because I rescued a ficus from the garbage and brought it inside only to discover it was absolutely COVERED in spider mites. I've never seen mites before so this was a real eye opener. I pruned the heck out of it and sprayed it with a dish soap mixture. The mites were still there. Worse yet, they had spread to my other plants.Neem oil saved the day! I used an old milk jug and filled it with water, then added 6 teaspoons of Palmolive original and 6 teaspoons of neem oil. I was careful to shake the jug every time I filled they sprayer because it separates quickly.I sprayed the heck out of all of my plants, including a 60 year old cactus that was my grandmother's. All are fine! No burns! No damage! No mites!I've read that neem works as a preventative too because it coats the leaves. If more mites show up, I am confident that they will die upon eating any of my plants! Yay! For neem oil!!!!!!!

Worked on Resistant Mites - Has Higher Azadirachtin Content
There are many types of neem product on the market now. Some of them are marketed as mite killers but they've been processed to remove the natural azadirachtin for use in other products. Some are just naturally lower in azadiractin. If you are dealing with mites that seem resistant to neem oil, check the azadirachtin content of the product you're using (it may not be on the label). Higher azadirachtin levels (2000+ ppm) may be what you need.I was dealing with mites that treated other neem products like they were a snack. I tried this product and it worked within days. Note: anything labeled as "hydrophobic extract" will have little or no azadirachtin in it - it's the oily residue left after the azadirachtin is removed. It will work for other uses, but not for anything that needs the azadirachtin.PS, it is hard to effectively smother mites because they are so small. Neem oil with azadirachtin is much likelier to work.

Dont Do What I Did
Disclaimer, this product works great and killed all of the aphids attacking my plants. However, make sure to not over spray. I got a bit carried away with my tomato plant and sprayed a bit too much neem, soap, and water mixture. The next few days, my plant turned black. To avoid burning your plant, avoid over spraying, mix to the manufacturer directions, and spray at night when it is less likely to be humid and hot. Adding neem oil onto plants when the sun is out and bright will likely burn the plant. Which is what I learned with the poor tomato plant. Overall, great product once I learned how to correctly use it. The smell is a bit offensive, however, easy to tolerate if you prepare yourself.
