Talk French 1 (Book/CD Pack): The ideal French course for absolute beginners

I find this course easy to follow and it has good reminders so as not 'to slack off'

Apart from learning a bit of French when I was at school (about 35 years ago) I have never learnt a language and I was surprised by how easy this book and CDs were to use. The best thing is that once you have been through the book with the cds you can keep listening to the cds and improve your French. I will be continuing to learn French.

Very easy to use as long as you have a CD player. You work in conjunction with the book. You can learn at your pace.

A good start to learning French. This along with a you tube channel and another reference book such as teach yourself, helps in learning.However ensure you red aloud what learned and practice dialoguing with another person, this you may need to pay a private tutor.

useful, but prefer a bit more coherent in terms of content.
