It's hard to find flaxseed oil from a reputable supplement supplier or even in the store, so I turned to Amazon to supply this for me. I like the prompt service and the subscription option is also a bonus. If you don't want the fish based Omega 3 supplements, these are recommended.

I began using these capsules years ago. It's convenient to take these essential nutrients in plant-based form all at one time. My hair, skin and nails are better when I take this supplement. Only drawback is the size of the capsule.

I take these instead of fish oil. They work the same but without the fish taste. They're relatively easy to swallow. I've only been taking them for a couple of months so it's hard to tell the benefits yet. But there have been no reactions or upset stomach. I'll continue to take them.
