Absolutely! I have a small jar with a lid and I shake it up and keep it in the fridge. I drink it whenever I'm thirsty and know I haven't had many fruits or veggies throughout the day.

The container reads 30. I used level measurements, with the scoop provided. And 30 seems accurate to me.
