Bought this to replace our Miami model and we're so happy with it!As it is a new model it said it would ship in up to a month, but one week later and it was here!Feeling very lucky as we got it at a great price and looking around it only seems to be pre-order now!It's an absolutely Fantastic Hot Tub that looks amazing, and is even easier to setup due to the built in pump. Just unpack it, plug it in, then press the jet button to inflate!The jet has 2 setting and seems more powerful than our old. You can also connect to your WiFi so you can operate from your phone.Seems to be made of stronger material than our previous one, and also claims to up to 40% more efficient to run. We'll see with that one!So happy we chose this model.

I bought this spa after being really disappointed with another make that broke shortly after buying it. My daughter with SEN loves water so I needed to find another reliable spa by a recommended manufacturer; I’ve found it with this model!The set up was quick (instructions could’ve been a bit clearer [ended up looking on the internet to clarify some details]) and once it was filled with water, I left it on overnight and by the early morning, it was a wonderfully warm temperature and ready to use.The jets are powerful and massaging, the spa appears sturdy and overall it is easy to use. The inflated lid is an added bonus to maintain the waters temperature and keep electricity bills affordable! The filter is easy to clean and the chlorine attachment is an added bonus.It’s definitely worth paying the little extra money for a decent spa and I would highly recommend this model and manufacturer.My daughter and I love it and have used it everyday since it was set up.

How did we survive without this?.... We've bobbed around in expensive, fixed spas and always comment on how they don't match up to our Ibiza. Very clever and sturdy construction, easy to assemble/disassemble, and the pump unit works brilliantly (plenty warm enough with loads of bubbles). I would say it's more suited to 3-4 people (6 is rather ambitious), but it's the perfect pool in every other way, highly recommended!PS: Get yourself a foam matt to pop it all on. Then once you have the water shocked and settled, we found a floating dispenser with Clearwater's Multifunction Chlorine Tablets to work best, keeping the water safe (consistent PH etc). There's very little maintenance to be fair, but I'd keep a bottle of Foam Reducer handy as it can sometimes become a little frothy... and you'll need filters, maybe replacing them every 3-4 sessions. To date, it appears to be quite economical, no huge energy bills after using say once a week. 👍

Love the hot tob brilliant space for all my family. But the rapid heat up to 40c aint rapid at all does take a long time using lot of electric.

only just bought this. haing said that it emms to meet expectations. quite easy to get it put together (watched a you=tubr post_ and is ready to use. Looks good. Insulated cover to keep heat in when not using. We aare hoping for a Summer where it can be used.

Took our first (literal) dip into buying a Lay-Z Spa. Never again. One of countless customers plagued by the dreaded EO2 panel error and faulty sensor. Contacted Bestway customer care team and was asked repeatedly to visit the website- even though I kept assuring them I’d been through the process about 10 times. No one wanted to help - instead asked to log a warranty claim which would take many days to process. Faulty product and poor customer care. Thinking of buying a spa for your garden? Then do yourself a big favour and look anywhere but Lay-Z Spa or Bestway.

Honestly? What an amazing addition to anyone's life. This is a robust, easy to install, fabulous hot tub. I'm struggling to not be in it.I'd say it's as low maintenance as owning a small fish tank. Just have a daily 2 minute routine to check the water, add chlorine and keep anyone in stilettos away from it. Besides that, you can't go wrong!

Fantastic inflatable hottub. We had an old lay-z-spa Vegas model with the egg shaped heater for 10 years. We had read reviews that this is poor quality compared to old models. This is not the experience we have had. The new heating unit is considerably better. The timer function is fantastic. We got the non-wifi version, but the timer allows flexible control, we set it to heat a couple of hours before we get home from work and it is ready to go when we get back.This is a 1-piece tub, the old one had an outer 'jacket', this allowed water to collect between the outer liner and the tub, meaning you had a slimy mess to clean at the end of the season. This single piece tub should not suffer from this issue. The heater seems much quicker, although I suspect uses more electricity. The bubbles also seem more powerful than the old one, so far we have no regrets.Fantastic value.
