Buy Bigger You're Not That Small
The first purchase was the XL however there wasn't enough room for a normal man's thigh. A simple return and reorder of the XXL didn't fix the leg hole size issue but with the extra material and dropping the chaps down the leg slightly, they are able to be zipped first before you put them all the way on. Most men don't wear skinny jean size legs. The leather is fantastic and the included quilt for warmth made these chaps a must have.

Size is weird
I'm 6'1", 240 lbs. I ordered the 2x according to my thigh size. Ordered one size up for breathing room. Tried them on and the thigh fit a little more snug than anticipated. Decent fit though. Downside, the back adjustment is as small as it will go, and I can pull the front belt all the way through till the buckle hits the end (all the way to where the belt exits the thigh area) and it's still to big. Will have to add more holes and grommets to the back. Its also about 8 inches too long but that's an easy fix. Quality is good and the liner is nice. Looks good but the sizing is all jacked up. Would fit SpongeBob well.

Chaps are the best quality
These chaps are awesome!!! I ordered these to replace my chaps that I was wearing when I crashed my HD Fatboy in March 2021. Those chaps were damaged by pit marks and scratches around the knee area from the crash. The damaged ones were HD deluxe and the replacement cost was about $300. I found the Milwaukee leather chaps for under $170. The Milwaukee leather chaps are a higher quality leather and also are quilted lined. Which gives better comfort, warmth and protection. This is a superior product!

Retuned for size
Ordered a 2XL. Waist was good. Length was good. Couldn’t zip up the pants over my thighs. I did play football in high school but I didn’t think that would matter. The gap between the sides of the zippers was 4inches. Returned for refund. Not sure if a 3xl is just a bigger waist and longer pants. The quality appeared to be good. They had some heft to them.

Great chaps
Measure your thigh carefully, sizes are close together. Other than that they are great. The leather is heavy but soft and they are very warm. Kept my legs warm in 20 degree weather at 70 mph on the interstate.

Awesome Quality & Price!
The leather quality was excellent (no weird smells out of the box). Size SML was on the verge of being too large for a 32" waist. Could just add some extra grommets in the back to overlap/tighten, but my flannel jeans are thick enough to wear as is. Cut about 1.5" off legs with razor knife and shop scissors. Tempted to use pinking shears for a diamond effect, but straight cut looks fine. This now fit 29-30" inseam and looked bad a$$ with my Carolina boots on. These were extremely affordable and the snap-in liners are winter gravy.

Tight in upper thigh
The chaps are tight in the upper thigh. I ordered 2 sizes bigger then the other chaps that I already had but the upper legs are the same size

First pair
They fit great! Keeps my legs nice and warm. This is my first piece of leather and I love them!! Wish I bought them sooner. Just make sure you measure with what ever shoe you wear riding before you cut them to size

Great dealings
Had to get a bigger size from first ordered. Very easy company to deal with

Fit a wee bit small
Has to send back and order one size up, just a little bit on the small size.

Not bad, get what you pay for
The belt loop "fell off" just putting them on. During my ride we stopped and I pulled on the belt and heard some stitches break that attach the belt to the chaps. Quality of leather is good, snap out lining is nice. Overall pretty good but they do fit tight in the thighs. I don't think I have abnormally big thighs but they are tight around the thighs. I would recommend them, maybe I just got the "made Friday afternoon before a long weekend pair".
