Beautifully simple, highly accurate, it just displays your weight. No Bluetooth or external connectivity of any kind. I especially like the large man-sized 13x15 inch platform.

Best scale I’ve ever owned in my 80 years. No need to tap before stepping on it. The scale is large enough for even the biggest feet. Even in the dark you can easily read your weight. The depth of the scale is so minimal it is so easy to step onto. I can highly recommend it.

This scale is wide and solid. No fear of tipping. Accurate weight. Mine lasted about 60days short of 6 years! Six years of regular use by TWO people...one over 250lbs and one almost 400lbs. Highly recommend. warning: the beep at the end of it calculating your weight is LOUD.

A very good scale. Purchased this one to replace the 440, which I personally did not like. The 550 does a much better job of weighing. My two disappointments are one, it does not weigh very well in the lower range, and two, I would like the scale to progress through the scale readings and then balance out.If you want to weigh smaller items, say a pet or your luggage, you need to weigh yourself and then add the smaller weight item to get a more accurate result. Also, a person having issues with edema (water weight) needs a more accurate scale.A gallon of water weighs approximately 8.5 lbs. This scale doesn't even activate at that weight. It does advertise that it begins weighing at 11 pounds, but I wasn't able to get mine to do so.

I was looking for a new scale after my old one started showing different amounts each time it was stepped on. This one has remained constant.
