I love my new shades. It gave me the privacy I was looking for and yet still allows a little light in the room! although it doesn’t come with a valance, my husband and I are building those to put across the bar. We are actually ordering them again for a closet, I love that this extends from 46 to 86 inches making this perfect for any window or closet! And the nice touch that you can open these from the left to the right or the right to the left wands on both sides

I bought this for maybe a non traditional use. My laundry is in the entry hallway of my small townhouse. To me, that space was an eyesore. Originally it had doors at one time. Buying this product really conceals the laundry space with a sleek, clean look. I love it. And it was easy to install. My only recommendation is to treat it carefully as it can wrinkle easily if not treated with care. But I am absolutely happy with it!

Exactly what I was looking for, privacy while still letting in natural light (I have the white). It's also very easy to use, opening from either the right or left. It's pretty durable so far, which is very important because I have young kids and this is installed in my often used patio door window. I did notice 1 panel fraying on the side, I think from when I was cutting the bottom to for sizing, luckily able to stop the fraying.

I'm happy with it, it's exactly the color I wanted however I bought these to replace the ones I bought 6 years ago. They were reasonably priced and look nice but the quality isn't that great. The original ones I bought 6 years ago were thinker and made of linen or cloth. Naturally light filtering and could handle everyday wear and tear. I only bought new ones because my kids has stained them. The new panels are paper thin and easily wrinkled. Much more fragile and easily damaged. Maybe don't buy if you have toddlers.

With a valance, these look like they cost 3x as much, much more modern than just having vertical blinds

Wasn't hard to assemble but instructions were not always clear. Assembled and mounted the headrail. Once panels were attached to the headrail, realized the track was not working properly. Contacted the manufacturer at the phone number listed. Was not able to speak to anyone. All the phone call did, just as emailed did, was to just generate a message through messenger that stated "we are experiencing higher volumes of inquiries than normal. Kindly leave us a message with your email address and phone number and one of our team will reply as soon as possible". This message popped up in messenger whether it was an email, phone call or message. I followed up with my number and email address although never received a phone call or email. Communication began on Tuesday, April 4th. At one point the company requested a picture of the blind which I immediately sent. They then said they could send a replacement track to solve the problem and asked for order number, purchase date, shipping address, and a complete name color and size of the item. Again, followed up with this request. From that point all I ended up receiving back is the pop-up message regarding the high volume of inquiries. Also, when I mentioned that I might need to return the blind if the issue was not resolved, another auto-generated message arrived stating "Orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Would you like to return your order?"Needless to say, after three days of trying to get resolution from the manufacturer, I proceeded to cancel my order through Amazon.Extremely frustrating experience. I highly encourage you to consider what I went through before ordering from Chicology!!

We got a new washer and dryer and they were bigger than the old set. We had bifold doors and couldn't use the doors. This was a very easy solution to close the laundry area. It looks clean and very easy to install. I am happy with it.

I love these curtains! They give just the right amount of sunshine into the house without lettng the heat in! I also created a valance at the top from the extra fabric. Love it! They look great! When these arrived they didn't have the hardware and I emailed the company and they immediately sent out the hardware for me. Great customer service!!!
