Very unsafe!
I am so upset that this has happened I poured the hot water in to make a coffee at a family gathering I was holding and this mig just cracked in half,this was the first time using them as I brought them for this gathering.i have a toddler and he was standing right by me but luckily none of the hot water went on him! Would like a formal reply back and a full refund
