Stopped taking
I had to stop taking these as they gave me an upset stomach and was going to the toilet a lot moreCouldn’t go out as needed to be close to toilet ….Took for 2 days stopped still going to the toilet a lot.

I have suffered from chronic IBS, GORD and bloating so bad I looked 8 months pregnant, for decades. I have to take omeprazole, several capsules of (equivalent) Immodium and several Colpermin mint capsules every day, just to get through the day. I often have to lie down after eating a healthy breakfast and have a heated blanket on my stomach, the pain is so bad.However, since taking just one of these capsules with breakfast and my evening meal, every day for over 4 months, I've greatly reduced the need for Immodium or mint pills. Some days I don't have to take ANY - I cannot tell you how amazing that feels!! I cannot remember when I last didn't have to take pills to cure my poor upset tummy.These are literally my little miracle pills. 💙I'm so sorry that they don't work for everybody but they certainly do work for me and I'm absolutely ecstatic about that.
