1 Enoch: The Hermeneia Translation

Good translation.

This is a very important work for students of 1 Enoch. It is based on the latest manuscripts and scholarship. However it has few notes for a general reader. The translation suffers in readability and does not always give other textual options.

Item came fairly quick and without any hiccups

A very good read and very powerful message to everyone . Enoch gives us his visions and what will definitely happen in the very near future. Much of what Enoch wrote has come to pass. A must read so you can miss the torment of hell.

Really a 2 star review on the book itself but did not want to penalize the amazon seller for the overall book review.Translation I want to say is good but I did not like the fact that the translator left out what the watchers message. He summarizes it without saying what they wanted Enoch to relay.I read another version and what they wanted Enoch to relay was very troubling. Makes me believe the translator was bias. I could be wrong
