I am writing an update of my recent customer service experience. The chairs were great all summer, but when we were folding the chairs to put them away for winter storage we had 2 small pieces that broke. I messaged customer service. Once again Lily responded, apologized for any inconvenience and arranged for replacement parts to be sent to our home. A few days later I received an email with the tracking information. In a couple of days we will have the new parts. That is great customer service!! We are planning to order more from them next spring!!!!I did a lot of research before purchasing these chairs. We wanted a chair that could fold for storage in the winter. I didn't think we would find a chair that would meet my expectations and also fold. We looked at a lot of chairs. I wanted a poly lumber that had a woodgrain and looked like wood.We are very happy with the chairs. We purchased 4 total. They are sturdy, heavy chairs that are good quality. I like the Serwall tag on the front. It is a nice touch.They were easy for my husband and myself to put together. 2 people working together make it easier to assemble. We took turns holding the parts and passing the tools side to side for faster assembly. I will confirm that there are pieces that are not predrilled as indicated in the instructions. We are not builders. We found it easy to mark and drill those holes. I am so happy with the chairs it wasn't an issue to do the extra steps. Those pieces that were predrilled were nicely drilled and made completing the assembly easy.We had an arm on one of the four chairs that was broken. We needed to use the chairs for a party so we went ahead and assembled the chair. After, I contacted customer service. Lily, the representative, was quick to respond, friendly and professional. They glady offered to replace the damaged part, no questions! I will receive the part soon. I have already received the tracking information.The blue chairs look beautiful in our yard along the lake shore! We have received many compliments!! I would definitely purchase another product from the Serwall Store. I am already looking at the matching folding table!!!

Great chairs! Took sometime putting together but after the first one it got easier. They aren’t quite the red in the picture it pretty close and they are comfortable!

So, I wanted real wood. I didn't know anything else but I also wanted something that would last. After exhaustive research on Google, I decided on a polywood and ended up with these chairs. I'm sure my UPS man hates me because I ordered 4 and the boxes are heavy.ASSEMBLY:Putting them together works. Just pay attention and look at the images in the book. Another reviewer recommended putting this together on a table and I wholeheartedly agree. There isn't a single extra part, so I suggest putting everything in a bowl, including your bits. Oh, they do provide tools but you'll be much, much happier with a drill and ratchet and star bit set. The instructions are clear. If you have any parts left over, you missed a step. If you don't have enough, you dropped something. But the holes are where they are supposed to be. The screws match the holes. The pieces fit together as intended. BTW, 2 pieces say "Up Front". This apparently means "Put this end at the top of the chair." I did it backwards on chair 1. As I was putting together chair 2, I figured it out and fixed chair 1. By chair 4, I didn't even need the instructions.COMFORT:We are on the short side so will probably need to add a cushion the back. But, no splinters. Smooth finish. Holes are sunk, so screw heads are level or below surface. Overall, pretty comfortable.SUMMARY:I am pleasantly surprised by these chairs. I was able to put 4 together over a weekend. A little heavy once assembled but not unwieldy. The blue we chose was really pretty around the fire pit. Hoping they hold up for a few years. I don't think they need covers, but I bought some because of those &^$*)@ turkey buzzards. So far, I can recommend these.

The chairs are great. Nice material, beautiful color & feel solid once assembled. Assembly was super simple but it took twice as long to remove every sticker they stuck on every single piece w the worlds strongest glue. Waiting for response from seller to replace 4 bolts as the hole of the bolts were full of metal & there’s no way to tighten them. There are zero extra bolts, screws, nuts or washers provided so we’re waiting for replacement bolts to finish last chair.

The chairs arrived yesterday. The parts were clearly labeled, and assembly was straightforward. It took about thirty minutes to build each one. Amazingly all the parts were there and all the holes lined up. I would definitely buy thes again as they are sturdy as well as cute.
