Absolutely terrible
This bag is terrible - definitely avoid. I’ve used this for about 10 days.Cons:1. As others have said, the zip gets stuck in the corners a lot. I’ve not had this with any other suitcase I’ve owned.2. The pull up handle seizes for some reason. Every other attempt I make it just doesn’t come up all the way3. The zip broke. It was maybe my third time opening/closing it and the zip came undone.There are still pros, but I’d avoid. These are:1. The hard shell feels build to last2. The wheels are really smooth
